Lomami Ventures, LLC operates DSBI Connect. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our notification service.

When you sign up for notifications, we collect:

  • Email address — used to send email notifications.
  • Phone number — used to send SMS notifications (when enabled).
  • Notification preferences — delivery method, frequency, time preferences, and selected therapists.

We do not collect payment information, browsing data, or any information beyond what you explicitly provide.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely to:

  • Send you notifications when your selected therapists become available.
  • Respect your delivery, frequency, and time preferences.
  • Allow you to manage or delete your notification preferences.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate DSBI Connect:

  • Twilio SendGrid — email delivery. Your email address is transmitted to SendGrid to send notifications.
  • Twilio — SMS delivery (when enabled). Your phone number is transmitted to Twilio to send SMS messages.
  • Google Firebase — secure storage of your notification preferences.

Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing their use of data transmitted to them.

5. Data Retention

Your preferences are stored until you request deletion. To delete your data, contact us using the information below and we will remove your record from our database.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your data at any time.
  • Opt out of notifications by replying STOP to any SMS or contacting us directly.

7. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access or disclosure. Your preferences are stored in Google Firebase using secure, access-controlled storage.
